Corporate Tournament Information
Option 1: Less than 60 players.
Ø If your tournament has less than 60 players it must start on hole #1 or #10, at seven-minute tee times.
Ø Golf Cars must be booked in advance to guarantee availability.
Ø This package may be booked on a weekend or weekday depending on availability.
Option 2: 60 – or more players.
Ø If your tournament has a minimum of 60 players on a weekday, you have the option of seven-minute tee times or a shotgun start. The starting time for a shotgun start must be between 8:00am and 9:00am or 1:00pm.
Ø To have a shotgun start on a weekend your tournament must have a minimum of 100 players.
Ø Golf Cars must be booked in advance to guarantee availability.
Ø This tournament may be booked any day depending on availability.
Additional Information and Policies:
1. Taber Golf Club has 35 golf cars and availability for more than 35 are dependent on Taber Golf Club’s supplier.
2. Any booked golf cars not used during the tournament will be charged to the tournament.
3. Members will be charged the same tournament rate as non-members.
4. 10% rule in effect. Your tournament has a 10% margin of no shows or late cancellations.
5. Any outside liquor is not permitted.
6. The Taber Golf Club staff has the right to take any golf car privileges away from any player who is abusing them.
7. Tournament organizer is responsible for collecting tournament fees. The tournament organizer is also responsible for collecting golf car fees when cars are booked in advance.
8. Please send tournament draw and hole events (longest drive) at least one day in advance. The pro-shop will make name cards for golf cars, scores cards for each group and proximity markers for hole events. Note: Straightest drive must always be on #9.
9. All 9-hole tournaments must use tee times, no shotguns.
10. The Taber Golf Club Pro-Shop will offer a 15% discount on merchandise for tournament prizes.
11. Taber Golf Club may possibly modify a tournament at the request of the tournament organizer.

Food & Beverage:
Merv Rauws may be contacted for any banquet requests @ 223-2424. A staff member from the pro-shop will be providing Merv with any information about your tournament and your phone number. A Menu will be provided, please circle the desired items and fax back to Taber Golf Club @ 223-2430.
